Back in December 2020 I was approached by a family who recently lost a loved one… the family dog! They wanted me to create a palette knife painting for them to give to their mother as a Christmas present. I know how much dogs are part of the family and how important they are to everyone who owns one.
I knew I had to reflect this within my art work so as always… I took extra care. This piece took me around 17 hours to complete and I feel the results show it was worth every second!

I absolutely love it! From start to finish Issie was a dream to work with and made the whole process seamless. The care and attention to detail that went into every single part of this painting is brilliant.
We wanted to remember our dog who sadly passed after 15 years with us but wanted her vibrant character to live on… really glad we chose to go with Issie!
